Sauteed Corn Kernels

Prep time 15 min
Cook Time: 15 min
Serves: 2-3

Ingredients:
3 ears of corn on the cob (about 2 cups of kernels)
1 tbsp oil or butter
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder or pepper to taste
Salt to Taste

Method: 
1. Heat the heavy sauté pan, add oil and corn kernels. Cook on medium-high heat for 3 minutes, stir occasionally.
2. Cook for another 8-10 min covered until all the starchiness in the corn is gone.
3. Remove the lid, add chili powder and salt. Mix well, cook for 2 minutes.
4. Serve immediately. 

We like to have sauteed corn as a snack or as a light dinner by adding few more items to our plate like this.
