Sprouted Moongdal salad |
Everyone likes healthy low calorie food if it is tasty, appealing and won’t require too much time cooking.This is one of those recipes.
Ingredients:
1 cup sprouted mooghdal
1 small onion
1 small tomato
2 tbsp washed cilantro
1/4 tsp black salt(optional)
1 small lime/lemon
Method:
Mix all the ingredients.Serve immediately or chilled.
Variations:
1. If you dont like raw Sprouted moogh ,you can saute in little olive oil.
2. You can also add raw cubed cucumber, grated carrot, and shredded lettuce to this salad.
3. For crunchiness you can add sliced almonds or roasted peanuts to it.
