Chilli Cheese Toast

This is a quick breakfast/lunchbox recipe.
Cheese chilli toast
Prep time 4 min
Cook time 5-6 min
Serves 2

Ingredients:  
4 bread slices(white or brown)
1/2 cup any grated cheese (Mozzarella,cheddar or amul)
2 greenchillies chopped or to taste
1 small onion
1/2 a medium capsicum
2 tbsps cilantro
Pinch of salt,big pinch of pepper

Method:
1.Preheat the oven to 175C/350F
2.Take cheese in a bowl,add chopped onion,capsicum,coriender leaves,salt and pepper.Mix
3.Spread this mixture over bread slices.
4.Place the bread slices in the preheated oven (350F),bake till the cheese melts(approx 5-6 mins).
5.Cut into traingles and serve hot with tomato ketchup.

If serving as brunch,you can add boiled eggs seasoned with salt and pepper
or baked potato wedges.
