Baked potato wedges with salt pepper & garlic |

Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes,washed and dried (no need to peel the skin)

1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp salt
To bake you will need a baking tray or plate with alluminium foil.
Method:
1.Preheat the oven at 400F/200C.
2.Cut the potatoes into lengthwise and then cut each half into 3 wedges.
3.Coat with olive oil salt,pepper.
4.Spread them on a baking tray ,bake for 25-30 minutes.turn them over.Bake for another 15-20 minutes.(Caution:wedges will be super hot).
5.Serve immediately.

Note:
Coat the wedges evenly with Olive oil which prevents them from drying.Lay them all facing on one side for even cooking.
VariationsI like to add 1 tbsp minced garlic to this along with salt and pepper.
